UPDATE!!!1)We learned one very important thing:
CARPET BOMBING NEVER WORKS. At first, we wanted to cover a wide range intensively, but we don't have the time and ideas to do that.
2) So now, instead of carpet bombing, we will cover only
3 domains: water, paper, plastic. By the way, we took eectricity out as we see reducing it difficult. The school's "waste of electricity" turns out to be
essential to security (lights up the area) and functionality (air con 24-7 on to keep network servers cool). Improving efficiency in this aspect do not seems to worth the effort.
3) Instead of many ideas per domain, we woud be having
1MAJOR PROJECT PER DOMAIN. There would be a
minor project to support the
pubicity and environmental awareness of the major project.
4) I (TPL) know that everyone is busy.... but we do need a time to
meet to finalise the
proposal and do up the
A2 boards
